History

The Beute story started around 1960. Arnold Beute sold Petfood at his house, also pigeonfood that was sold then in 5 kg-bags. Arnold delivered the pigeonfood at the fanciers homes. A lot of them told him to start pigeonsport instead of only selling the food. Arnold answered that he was willing to join the sport but only starting with the best pigeons available.
His first pair was 63-6601242 from Wim v. Olphen and the 63-1193117 from Jan Oord, both fanciers out of his own pigeonclub.

Both were De KLAKBIRDS via Tinus Thijen from Noordwolde, nowadays living in Castricum. In 1963, Arnold Beute went for the first time to Jos van Limpt (De Klak) en became 4 pair of youngsters from Vechter x Witpenneke, Jong Koppel, Jonge Vechter and Rappe. All of them from the Vechter x Witpenneke line. In 1964, he raced for the first time with these pigeons and the won already 3 firsts against 3.526, 4.400 and 5.495 birds.

Arnold Beute and his wife Betty

In 1966 he and his wife won 2nd General Championship Provincial. In 1968 they were the fifth Best Fancier of Holland and they had the 4th Best Cock.

The years 1970, 1979, 1986 and 1997 he visited Jos van Limpt (De Klak) again and bought more birds from the Vechter x Witpenneke line. He exchanged some birds with Dokter Linssen form Helmond too. In 1984 became he some Klakbirds from Eppo Bodde from Winschoten. One of them was a superbreeder, the 84-2201941 Son 02 with 3 first prices. In 1987, Eppo sold all his racingpigeons and Beute bought the best ones: The 08-Acepigeon (80-1469507) with 5 first prices and the Golden Pair (81-2007202 x 80-2095069). The 07 and 02 are brothers and both have 6 times the superpair Vechter x Witpenneke from Jos de Klak in their pedigree.

Beute became a red hen from Eijerkamp in 1988. The friendship that started between these two family’s made it possible that several pigeons out of the Camphuisline #05 went to fam. Beute and as you may know #05 has also the VECHTER X WITPENNEKEblood
In 1987, they visited Joop Beumer from Arnhem and bought 4 youngsters from his best racers. One of his best racers was De Jemie and two of the youngsters were from that cock. De Jemie won 2 first prices against many birds. In their pedigree is the 46-Verbart (son Vechter x Witpenneke Jos de Klak)

Gert Jan Beute and Jos van Limpt (De Klak)

In 1988 too, Beute bought a son of the Generaal from Wout Smeulders. This bird was a great breeder. From 1995 they became regurarly birds from the Borgmans brothers (nephews from Jos de Klak). Always from the line 03 Doffer and Blauwe 613, descendants from the Vechter x Witpenneke.

One bird must be mentioned seperatly: it is the “Samenkweekduif” 95-1068273, this hen is born on the loft of our friend Wim van Dijk from Oldeberkoop and is bred out of his Supercrack 053 and Daughter of our foundationpair 02 x 069. In the pedrigree of this Supercrack, we find Beute pigeons too.
